Wood Cocktail Series - Smoking Gun Cocktail Recipe

  • May 15, 2015

Yes, it's May and Summer is just around the corner, but it's awfully chilly here in Colorado! Great day for an ice cold drink with a warming effect... We'll be posting some cocktail recipes in the weeks to come, and we're starting with one of our all-time favorites, the Smoking Gun; perhaps the best cocktail to serve in a wooden glass!

    3 ounces Bulleit rye

    1 ounce Dolin sweet vermouth

    1 tsp Luxardo Maraschino

    Lagavulin 16 year

Stir first three ingredients with ice, rinse chilled cocktail glass with scotch (and save rinse for later use), strain and garnish appropriately.
